28 February 2021
February is the Month of Love and while this year may be slightly different to Valentine’s Day celebrations in the past, recent events have shown us that now more than ever, it’s important to show and tell your loved ones how much they mean to you.

While Valentine’s Day is traditionally for romance, why not share the love far and wide this year and include your family and friends in celebrating the Day of Love? Melrose Arch is renowned for its restaurants so bring your loved ones for a meal and enjoy good food and quality time together in a safe outdoors environment. With additional seating on the Piazza, and the restaurants on High Street spilling out on to the street, physical distancing is easily observed. All the restaurants have taken a number of steps to ensure your dining experience is as safe yet as pleasant as possible with hand sanitisers, disposable menus or menus available to read on your cell phone or tablet, temperature checks, no-touch payment methods and more in place. (Please remember that it is compulsory to wear a mask within the Melrose Arch precinct.)

From 13 February, there’ll also be live entertainment on the Piazza every Saturday and Sunday, with singers Sheldon Sham and Justin Chalice, or up-and-coming band Simple Stories, performing from 1pm to 3pm. Sit back, relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of Sheldon on the saxophone and the duo as they sing hits from today and yesteryear, or sing along to Simple Stories’ renditions of Bruno Mars, Bob Marley’s Redemption Song and more.

If you’re the type who, when it comes to love, wants to shout it from the rooftops, you’ll be pleased to know that you’ll be able to declare your love publicly on the Wall of Love at the Piazza. Write messages to your loved ones on the Wall of Love and share them on social media.

At Melrose Arch, we’re All For Love this month so make a booking at your favourite restaurant on the Piazza and come catch some feelings!
